Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd understands the competitive nature of business. We will happily provide you with a quote prior to you signing anything with us so you are kept fully informed of the process and expenditure.
Note; external clinical evidence that is generated from the development (eg. SPF testing at a registered testing authority, approved in-use clinical efficacy trials, etc.) will be charged separately (full quotes will be provided prior to work commencing).
There is no cost involved in issuing a quote, however we ask you keep in mind they are often time consuming and late changes made, affect this more so.
Please note all quotes are valid for 30 days from date supplied, unless we have an agreement in writing.
However to protect Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd the following Terms of Trade must be agreed to before work can commence.
To confirm your place with our development or production facilities and to ensure the very best service is offered with the care and attention you richly deserve, we require a 25% deposit prior to the commencement of the project. This deposit is required to purchase raw materials to do the job requested, and is non-refundable should you change your mind once project has commenced. The remainder is payable, in installments, upon completion of each stage of the project. These will be invoiced as required.
Should you wish to have your product manufactured at our facilities, on a contract manufacturing basis, then this charge will be discounted from production at a rate appropriate for the size and value of the order. This will be discussed at the time of order.
GST
All prices quoted here are without GST.
Freight is charged with the order and is determined when the product is finished so we can weigh the items involved and organise to have them shipped to you. You are free to collect from our warehouse or to organise your preferred courier service to collect on your behalf. Just let us know and our professional warehouse production team will be happy to organise.
Should you, the customer, decide not to proceed with any of these services listed under “Stability Trials”, then product development only will be conducted and Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any subsequent problems that occur in manufacture or storage, outside of Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd’s control, and Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any adverse effects concerning product on sale or in use.
As the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of products developed by Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd is outside the control of Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd., no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the effect(s) of such use(s), (including damage or injury), or the results obtained. Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd expressly disclaims responsibility as to the ordinary or otherwise use(s).
The liability of Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd is limited to the value of the goods and does not include any consequential losses.
All formulations or information developed by Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd remain the property of Cosmepeutics International Pty Ltd, until contractual obligations have been completed and the account finalised. The entire Intellectual Property is then transferred to the customer.
